Anyone ever go. I dont know where you can go around there. My wife and I and a few other couples are thinking of going and staying a few nights in a cabin but I have no Idea where the trailheads are.

I've never heard of people riding in manning. are you sure theres trails? I bet you could ride coalmont/whipsaw though. I have a cabin just a bit out of princeton. Havent been up in a while but my neighbour up there said there was a lot of snow. Not like 7 years ago or so im sure but the last couple years have been pretty bad up there

Apparently thre are a bunch of trails that lead to alpine near the east gate. The name granite mountain keeps popping up along with whipsaw. Anyone with more info it would be greatky appreciated.

Btw the trip went great. we rode up a trail along posidon creek just past east gate that went to a large alpine area. There was lots of snow in the alpine and just enough in the valley to get through. we ended up right on the us boarder. Really great light snow and some good climbing. My wife loved it. The terrain is alot gentler than in whistler. The slopes roll alot more slowly and everything is alot more mellow. still some big steep hill climbs though.
